PHILANDERING THOUGHTS --- ''FIGHT! FIGHT!! FIGHT!!!''

I was having a beautiful Saturday morning lying in bed, lethargic, nibbling my remaining Oreos from the previous night, watching an old episode of Tinsel when my phone rang, it was my friend, I hesitated a bit because she is the needy type, it's either she wants to borrow some money to buy fuel, host a get together or she needs the phone number of someone or anything, something, she always needs something. But she has a good sides, and that's why we are still friends.

So I took her call. ''Babe, that your police friend, that police lady na, the one who you called that day that idiot bashed my car. Do you still have her number?'' She queried, I tried to find out what was going on because I knew she was temperamental and could do something silly, but she demanded I sent her the number at once, so I did and managed to get her location too.

So immediately I slipped into a pair of sweat pants and top and found my way there. It was her boyfriend's house. When I got there, there were a couple of people standing around, some laughing, others having disgust written all over their faces. I managed to get through, and there she was, standing by her car almost naked, while the other girl sat by his door, her face was swollen and her mouth bleeding. It wasn't time to start asking questions, so I called another friend to come drive us home, while I tried to calm her down at the back seat of the car.

Later that day, the lady she had fought with traced her to my house with some hoodlums she had hired to come beat her up and they almost raised down my house if not for the swift intervention of the police led by my friend. They were all locked up for causing trouble and disturbing the peace of my neighbourhood. They had to pay some good money to be let loose (let's not forget that Bail is Free) and they haven't caused any trouble ever since.

Apparently, she went to pay her boyfriend a surprise visit and was shocked at the sight of him with another girl, and the girl had insulted her and she had to in her words "teach the b**ch a lesson". I asked where the boyfriend was when the fight took place and she said he wore his shirt and drove off after unsuccessfully trying to stop the fight.

So I asked a couple of guys today what they thought about ladies fighting, and some said it was a sight to behold, one of the guys clearly stated that sometimes he just brings another girl home when his girlfriend is coming around because he wants to enjoy some entertainment. It's amazing he said, with boobs jiggling, ass bouncing, wigs flying, both screaming; two women who absolutely have no idea that they've just been set up yelling at each other. It's fun mehn he said between chuckles.

Another guy said he tries to avoid it, it's usually not good for a guys reputation when ladies are fighting over him. Although it means he's got his game on the A's, but when he finally wants to settle down, it becomes a story, tale or gossip they'll tell my fiancé and that could ruin things for me. But if push comes to shove, it's Ok to them them fight, after all I'm the man and I know the one I want; it could as well be some other girl out there and these ones are killing themselves.

I'm not gonna give pointers on the subject matter today, I'm just gonna ask questions and hopefully you'd have personal answers to them.
When you engage in physical combat because of a man/woman,
1. Who is at loss?
2. Does the winner of the fight have "sole custody" of the man/woman?
3. What's the guarantee that he/she wouldn't cheat some more?
4. Isn't it better to have a civil conversation than engage in a fist combat?
5. What do you think happens to your reputation (that is if you care about how you are perceived)?
6. Does it prove or confirm your love?
7. Would he/she love or respect you even more?
8. If he/she decides to settle for someone outside the both of you, what happens then?
9. What if that little stunt leads to a loss of life?
10. Are you willing to go to prison because of anger, rage and jealousy?

Well, I guess you already have your answer. Never let anger or jealousy rob you of rational reasoning. In all your dealings, Be Wise!!
